The Boss App Offline project involved developing an enhanced offline-capable mobile application for property inspection consultants. The solution replaced the earlier Boss Field app and addressed critical challenges related to network availability, consultant workflows, and scalability to new markets. The app enables consultants to perform and document inspections efficiently, even in areas with limited or no internet connectivity.
