Synergo Group restructured the architecture and refined API integrations for a sports tour project, stabilizing the application for seamless production deployment. Ongoing feature development and support were provided to improve customer satisfaction, productivity, and cost efficiency through strategic consulting.

QA Automation Enhancement

Synergo Group significantly upgraded the client’s QA automation capabilities by supporting the QA team, enhancing and fixing existing tests, and updating the test automation framework to version 2.0. The new framework, built with Cypress, Cucumber, and TypeScript, was implemented with a monorepo structure, and CI/CD integration with CircleCI and GitHub was introduced. Training sessions ensured the smooth adoption of the new framework. Real-time production monitoring and rigorous load testing were also conducted to streamline the QA process and enhance product reliability.

Platform and ERP System Enhancement

Synergo Group collaborated with a cannabis operator to enhance their direct-to-consumer platform and ERP system. The project involved migrating from Odoo to meet SOX compliance, integrating OKTA for identity management, and optimizing Kubernetes deployment on Google Cloud Platform for better automation and efficiency. DevOps practices were improved, security measures were enhanced, and comprehensive end-to-end test frameworks were developed. The platform was prepared for high-traffic events with robust test flows and performance optimizations, resulting in improved automation and backend operation management.
