Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

Analysis of the business operations, identifies areas for improvement, and recommends solutions.

Evaluating business processes.
Anticipating requirements.
Conduct research, surveys, interviews, focus groups, and other methods to gather information and feedback.
Uncovering areas for improvement.
Developing and implementing solutions.
Collaborate with other teams, such as IT, finance, marketing, and operations, to implement the solutions and monitor their results.
Leading ongoing reviews.
Solicit feedback from the stakeholders and suggest changes or enhancements if needed.

Requirements:

Advance Technical and Professional Expertise skills:

Studies in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics.
At least 5 years of professional experience.
Able to use common software applications for word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, charts, diagrams.
Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, or Mac OS).
Software testing skills.
Enthusiasm for the conception and implementation of the solutions in close coordination with the development team.
Independent thinker, proactive, and solution oriented.
Able to work independently and efficiently remote.
Good communication and active listening skills.
Critical thinking skills.
Good written and verbal communication in English language.
