Customer Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring the Cloud platform for the Client
  • Responding to Alerts pertaining to the Client’s Cloud environment
  • Solve common incidents using run-books or work with responsible teams to remediate the issues
  • Perform proactive checks of the environment via monitoring dashboards
Requirements:
Advance Technical and Professional Expertise skills:
  • Studies in Computer Science or similar certifications
  • At least 3 years working experience in a Support or SysAdmin role
  • Independent thinker, proactive, and solution oriented
  • Able to work within a team

Stack:

  • Basic network knowledge (CCNA will be an advantage)
  • Basic Linux OS knowledge (any flavour)
  • Cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc)
  • Any cloud certification (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Working experience with monitoring and alerting tools (i.e., Datadog, Newrelic, Pagerduty etc.)
  • Basic Firewall concepts knowledge
Additional information:
  • Willingness to work 8 hours per day
  • Availability to work in shifts (including nights)
  • Long term contract.
  • Possibility to start immediately and work remotely
